Well there are ways of doing that.
And you can't just report someone, you need to prove it. Here is a guide on how to report someone, the right way.

Take a screenshot~! (Most important!)

Make sure you're not lagging or if someone is using the float pirate skill. Check the feet!

Make sure you're not just doing this because you don't like someone or because of some stupid fight revenge. That crap doesn't fly here no matter how popular you think you are.

Do not chat in here unless it has anything to do with the report or if you are even PART OF IT.

No fighting. You don't need to get all mad, just state your case clearly and a gm will get to you as soon as we can.

If you successfully report anyone hacking/cheating, you'll recieve a reward. Razz
